The process and transfer pump of ZM I x2 design was developed for stringent demands. This is a two stage horizontal pump for higher pressure applications.
Operation limits:
Capacity: 150 to 10,000 m³/h (660 to 44,000 gpm).
Head: 16 to 400 m (50 to 1,300 ft).
Maximum Pressure: up to 40 bar (580 psi).
Temperature: -10 to 220 °C (14 to 428 °F).
Speed: up to 3,600 min-1 (3,600 rpm).
Applications: Pipeline services: Mainline and Booster, Oil-extraction technology: on land and offshore, Refinery technology, Chemical / Petrochemical industries, General industry, Metallurgical and steel industries, Combined heating and Power stations.
OVERVIEW
This is a two stage horizontal pump for higher pressure applications with double suction impeller at the first stage and a between bearing design, and it is perfect for petrochemical applications as it is constructed under the API standards. It can also be used for other applications like cooling water pumping stations at lower speeds.
