Three-Channel Impeller Sewage Pump

The SKV is a centrifugal pump with three channel impeller for dry installation and universal use, suitable for pumping activated sludge as well as rain, raw and mixed water with an upstream screen. For horizontal installation check the SKO model.

Operation limits:

Capacity: 300 to 26,500 m³/h (13,20 to 116,600 gpm).
Head: 2.5 to 40 m (8 to 131 ft).
Speed: up to 1,790 rpm.
Applications: Wastewater disposal, Raw water pumping with upstream screen, Activated sludge, Mixed water.

Radially split casing with axial suction nozzle, tangencial discharge nozzle heading upward (end/top) and a cleaning opening near the pump discharge

DESIGN FEATURES

Vertical pump DN 250 up to DN 1600, for direct drive with electric motor via direct or flexible coupling.
Motor support is via the pump casing and motor stool or installation on a separate floor.
Shaft sealing by mechanical seal
Front shroud blades on the impeller
Back shroud blades on the impeller serve as axial thrust compensation and protection against intrusion of particles into the area of the shaft seal
